Derek Wolf’s Over The Fire Cooking Recipe: Tomahawk Steak and Garlic Butter Lobster

[matched_content] Celebrating my birthday today with a delicious meal of hanging Tomahawk steak with garlic butter lobster. I seasoned the steak with bourbon prime seasoning from Spiceology and cooked it on my Brio Wise Series grill until it reached 90 degrees internally. While the steak was cooking, I sliced lemons, minced garlic, and chopped chives. After searing the steak on the grill grate until it reached 120 degrees internally, I let it rest. In a cast iron skillet, I browned garlic, added white wine and lemon juice to glaze, then mixed in lobster meat seasoned with Chipotle garlic seasoning. Once the lobster was cooked, I placed it on top of the Tomahawk steak and finished with chopped chives. This recipe is so delicious, check it out on my blog. Cheers!
