Grill Master HQ was built by Mike Izzo, a Florida-based contractor and lifelong backyard cook. After 20+ years running a commercial HVAC and refrigeration business on the Space Coast, I’ve spent more time than I can count feeding crews, hosting cookouts, and perfecting recipes over live fire — because out here, the grill is where the day ends and the good stuff starts.
Why This Site Exists
There’s no shortage of recipe sites on the internet. Most of them are written by people who’ve never actually cooked for a hungry group of guys after a 10-hour job in the Florida heat.
