Maple bourbon pork belly burnt ends

Cubed up some pork belly, adding my maple bourbon seasoning. Cooked it at 250 over some cowboy charcoal for about two hours. Once they were looking really caramelized, pulled them off and put them into a tin foil bin. Cooked them again for another hour and a half with butter and some brown sugar. Added a little bit of barbecue sauce on top until they were about 205 internal and they were perfect golden brown. So freaking good! Find this whole recipe on my blog. Cheers!
