Is this the top BBQ spot in Dallas? 🍖 #shorts #bbq

All right y’all, today I’m trying Hutchins barbecue here in Dallas, Texas. I got a couple pounds of meat for 130 bucks. This beef rib is probably the biggest I’ve ever had – wide, thick, and juicy. Squeezing it, I can see how tender it is. They poured a bucket of seasoning on this meat, and it just pulls off so elegantly and evenly. We’ve got our sauced up with some rich barbecue sauce – damn, it’s a good rib. I like how thick and hard the bark is, almost crispy. The juiciness is just right – not too greasy, though it does get a bit greasy once you get to the fatter part. They season this thing on every corner.

Next up, their Texas Twinkies – these things have some girth to them. Bacon-wrapped jalapenos stuffed with brisket, glazed with barbecue sauce or some type of Honey Smoky syrup. Creamy on the inside – oh, look at that!
