[matched_content] All right! Today I’m trying Moosecraft Barbecue, located here in Los Angeles. I’ve had a lot of meat in my day, specifically from Texas barbecue. They’re said to have the best Texas-style barbecue. I’ll be the judge of this. Take a good look at this tray; the wait was about an hour. They’ve got people out here standing in the rain, a couple of pounds of meat, and some sides for around 170 bucks. Look at all the seasoning; this thing is fat. See just how juicy this thing is; it’s like a symphony of flavors. This thing is melting; I do not deserve this. This beef rib was $45; this is one of the best beef ribs I’ve ever had. I feel like I’m back in Texas. Look at it fall off, oh my God, oh my God. Perfectly smoked, still moist and wet on the inside. I’ll fight for this beef rib. Next is their brisket; I can barely hold this thing. They’ve got a lot of awards up on the wall claiming that they’re the best barbecue here in Los Angeles. Honestly, I’m starting to see it. This is like a honey mustard barbecue, not greasy, just how I like it.
