Texas Brings the Best BBQ to KC

The best barbecue in Kansas City is actually from Texas. I’m a huge fan of Kansas City barbecue, but this place blew me away. They took us out back to see the massive smokers that were fully packed with ribs and brisket for Super Bowl weekend. Unfortunately, Tyler doesn’t use Applewood, but he made up for it by rolling down some cheddar jalapeno and blueberry sausages. Sounds weird, but they were insanely good. Starting with the onion because we’re healthy. The burnt ends were truly off the charts, and every element of that barbecue tray was perfect. If you’re ever in Kansas City, our barbecue is a must-try.
