He’s putting on a meat clinic in there, chopping up these meats and hitting them with a mop of sauce. It’s a crazy show, I’ve never seen anything like it. He only does popups two times a week and the lines are insane. Everyone is so excited to see him. Who is this guy?
There was this one dude who is the biggest human I’ve ever seen. I’m curious what that dude is ordering. We’re going to start off with their famous Cherrywood sweet and sticky pork ribs. This sweet and sticky sauce is probably the best rib marinade I’ve ever had in my entire life.
Next up, the wagyu tomahawk. He slow smokes it and then finishes it on the charcoal grill. It’s disturbingly good, I don’t know what else to say. Next up, the beef ribs.
