Authentic Eastern NC BBQ Sauce

This traditional Eastern North Carolina vinegar sauce requires zero cooking and comes together in minutes. The beauty lies in its simplicity – just high-quality vinegar, a hint of brown sugar, and the perfect amount of heat. Let it rest for maximum flavor development, then drizzle it over smoked pork for that authentic Carolina experience!
