  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat your broiler. Position the oven rack about 6 inches from the heating element.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper.
  3. Bring the sauce mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  7. Brush the pork chops generously with the remaining BBQ sauce on both sides.
  8. Broil for 4-5 minutes on the first side.
  9. Flip the pork chops, brush with more sauce, and broil for another 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  10. Allow the pork chops to rest for 3 minutes before serving with the reserved sauce.
