Ingredients
Method
- Peel and devein shrimp, then pat dry. Mince garlic, chop parsley, and cut lemon into wedges. Measure spices and sauce ingredients.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and let it heat until shimmering.
- Add shrimp in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Sear 2–3 minutes without moving, flip, then cook 1–2 minutes more. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and melt. Stir in garlic until fragrant (do not brown). Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in Worcestershire and lemon juice.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook about 2 minutes, just until shrimp are warmed through and opaque.
- Transfer to a serving platter or serve straight from the skillet. Spoon sauce over the shrimp, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
