- In a large bowl, add the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly until the brown sugar has completely dissolved.
- Place your chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag or glass container.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure all pieces are well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
- When ready to cook, remove chicken from the marinade and grill until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra flavor, brush additional marinade on the chicken during the first few minutes of grilling.
