No Cook BBQ Sauce

A quick no-cook version of BBQ sauce that's ready to use in ten minutes or less. Perfect for sandwiches, grilled meats, and as a dipping sauce for fries!

Ingredients
  

  • cups ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add 1½ cups ketchup to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and add the yellow mustard.
  3. Sprinkle in the brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  4. Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth and well combined. Make sure there are no sugar lumps remaining.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed - add more brown sugar for sweetness or cayenne for heat.
  6. Transfer to a jar or airtight container for storage.
