- Add gochujang, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. The glaze should thicken slightly but remain pourable.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey.
- Allow the glaze to cool for about 5 minutes, then add chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
- Let the glaze cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
