Method
- Season your pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker, slightly overlapping if necessary.
- If using, sprinkle minced garlic and brown sugar over the pork chops.
- Mix the barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce (if using) in a bowl.
- Pour the barbecue sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure they're all coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and place on a serving platter.
- Spoon additional sauce from the slow cooker over the pork chops before serving.
