Ingredients
  

  • 6 bone-in pork chops about 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 18 ounce bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional, for extra flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Season your pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker, slightly overlapping if necessary.
  3. If using, sprinkle minced garlic and brown sugar over the pork chops.
  4. Mix the barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce (if using) in a bowl.
  5. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure they're all coated.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and place on a serving platter.
  8. Spoon additional sauce from the slow cooker over the pork chops before serving.
