Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Use clean hands to gently mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into approximately 24-30 meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they're browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- While the meatballs bake, prepare the BBQ sauce mixture. In a medium bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and transfer them to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they're all evenly coated.
- Return the meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and has thickened slightly.
- For an extra sticky glaze, you can broil the meatballs for 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking time. Watch them carefully to prevent burning!
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
